JOB DESCRIPTION

Inviting both an OT and Psychologist - Provisional or Registered - to join our friendly team of professionals providing services to both injured workers under WorkSafe and participants under NDIS.


You will have the chance to assist people every day to make the most of their situation whether it involves facilitating recovery from work injury and succeeding in getting back to work or using your skills to allow NDIS participants to achieve daily life goals and live their best life.

The role includes but is not limited to -

  • Conducting assessments to identify goals, objectives and pathways
  • Developing personalised plans that support a wellbeing approach to recovery and goal achievement
  • Providing case management and coordinating support services
  • Planning, coordinating and monitoring clinical interventions 
  • Developing quality early intervention strategies
  • Presenting verbal and written case information to various stakeholders including credible recommendations and solutions to drive a desired goal
  • Delivering targeted training based upon need
