Due to continued growth, our award-winning practice is looking for an enthusiastic, professional and skilled Clinical Psychologist (or Registrar) to join us in providing high-quality metal health services. This role involves working with child, teen and adult clients across the lifespan, and becoming part of our well-known and highly respected team.

We have experienced a significant influx of mental health referrals and can offer an immediate start with full caseload for the right person. We also have scope to target the role to your niche area and aspirational goals for your career progression.

Who is Masters Psychology?

Masters & Co. is a group of psychology clinics across Perth, offering psychological services, counselling and assessments in a warm, open and non-judgemental environment. We pursue tangible, and meaningful change. The Masters & Co. team is a well established team comprising 24 engaging clinicians, a Clinical Manager, Principal Clinical Psychologist, Media and Events team and an Office Manager with an amazing administrative support team who host all activities across the clinics. We are a passionate team who initiate reach into the community to benefit early intervention, health promotion and illness prevention. We have client experience data rating us as 4.8 stars out of 5. We are passionate about early career psychologists, collaboration and good co-ordination of care among associated professionals. 

We currently have several positions open including new opportunities for employment or independent psychologist positions with competitive remuneration comparative to both the private and public sectors. Our clinics are open Monday – Saturday from 7am-7pm to suit your preferences.

What we want from you?

- Passion for psychology and people care

- A strong interest in working with children, teens, adults and families 

- Post-graduate training and eligibility for full registration and/or endorsement in Clinical Psychology with the Psychology Board of Australia

- A warm, approachable manner with the ability and confidence to work in a team and independently

- Excellence/willingness to train in supervision and/or a range of therapeutic approaches (eg. CBT, Schema, ACT, DBT, EMDR)

- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and self-reflective practice

- Self motivated, organised and efficient at managing time and tasks

- Eligibility for Medicare registration

- Exceptional interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with short, medium and longer-term client presentations and a variety of presenting difficulties

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience/willingness to train and deliver psychometric testing (e.g. WISC, WIPPSI, WIAT, ADOS) is highly desirable

- Registration as a Psychologist with endorsement (desirable)

- Membership with APS (desirable)
