About the role

The NAPS Team Leader will, under general supervision, supervise and coordinate the day to day running of a Calvary Public Hospital NAPS team.
The NAPS Team Leader role is to:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily running of the administrative team of Specialist Outpatients clinic, Antenatal clinic, Coronary Care Unit and Breast Care Service ; liaise with the clinical staff to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the clinic run
  • Set and monitor tasks and goals and provide training, guidance and support;
  • Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery, including the input and provision of accurate data reflecting activity and service, initiate new clinics or amend existing ones by submitting the request to the relevant entity ( Digital Solutions);
  • Problem solve to maintain and improve service efficiency; risk manage and identify areas for process improvement;
  • Work closely with the Health Information Services (HIS) / Corporate Administration Services teams to resolve internal business processes issues to improve efficiency;
  • Maintain effective working relationships with clinical staff and the ward, outpatient and support administrative staff.
  • Have an understanding of, and support for, Calvary’s vision, mission and business objectives;
