About the role
Your primary responsibility is to assist the Regional Manager to manage the local team / region through your duties, leadership and alignment with the company values.

Key responsibilities also include:
  • Allocation of work to the team
  • Account management of key clients
  • Staff mentoring and training
  • Day-to-day site logistics
  • Business development
  • Involvement in business projects
  • Workplace rehabilitation services
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation
  • Experience as a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant
  • First-rate communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding customer focus – brilliant people skills
  • Strong leadership ability with top-level integrity & work ethic
  • An understanding of worker's compensation legislation
  • Enjoy working within a cohesive, inclusive team that like to have FUN!
