Our client is a leading RTO organisation specialising in Aged Care and Disability services. They have an amazing new opportunity for a clinical educator to join their team. The overall purpose of this position is to deliver quality healthcare training and consulting to businesses, their employees and the general public.

They can work around your needs and can offer full-time, part-time or contract positions.

You will need: 

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Minimum same level qualification in the Healthcare qualification that you are delivering
  • Sufficient competency and currency in all deliverable units of competence
  • Experience and or any Australian qualification in Healthcare: Community, Aged Care and Disability is highly recommended

Your experience will include:

  • Highly proficient trainer and facilitator of adult learning and assessment
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Aged and Disabilities services
  • Strong understanding of Aged and Disability Quality Standards
  • Healthcare professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work autonomously, though as an integral member of a professional team
  • Leadership skills including a capacity to engage a wide range of audiences across all levels of a business, industry or group
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to foster positive relations and influence outcomes
  • The ability to inspire, influence and motivate people
  • Demonstrated currency of relevant industry knowledge and practice
  • Experienced in communicating and presenting to management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to utilise relationships to uncover and develop opportunities
  • Ability to quickly understand complex products and broad service offerings
  • Strong computer skills (excel, word, PowerPoint etc.)

Desirable knowledge will include:

  • Knowledge of training packages, AQTF and Industry requirements
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Lean
  • Management consulting or business improvement services experience
  • Executive Management experience in related industry
  • Management Consulting experience
  • Demonstrated experience in business improvement analysis and advice, solution development and change management in complex environments
