About The Opportunity

The neurology outpatient clinic of Liverpool Hospital is a fast paced clinic. We are also a subspecialty department dealing with multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease

What you'll be doing

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the provision of administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the Neurology Department

How to Apply

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Demonstrated experience is a patient focused area in a hospital setting
  2. Medical Terminology experience
  3. Demonstrated extensive patient clinic experience
  4. Demonstrated computer skills with MS office, including demonstrated experience with data entry into excel.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills
  6. Experience working within a multi skilled team approach/environment in a busy front line role
