What you'll be doing

Practising and promoting safe, efficient and effective Inpatient, Outpatient/Community care that reflects current standards of Speech Pathology practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures

  1. Bachelor or post graduate degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent and eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
  2. Demonstrated ability to select and apply current theory and clinical practice in the assessment and management of adult communication and swallowing disorders.
  3. Demonstrated ability and commitment to working in multidisciplinary and speech pathology teams
  4. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage an inpatient and outpatient caseload.
  5. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Current unencumbered Driver's Licence
