JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: Care Companion position available in our Mont Clare home in the centre on Claremont

  • Casual position initially
  • Preferred availability across morning, afternoon shifts and night duty
  • Providing care and support to our residents at our Aged Care home located in HOME Responsibilities include everyday activities of cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, general activity, medication administration, leisure activities and other general household duties
  • Promoting the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents by partnering with residents to be involved in the meaningful activities of their life


About You


  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Previous experience in Aged Care is desirable
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Previous experience in cooking or in a hospitality environment
