This pivotal role will be responsible for providing industry-leading product, therapy and clinical training and education to our customers across Victoria. Within this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, actively support the Sales Team, and you will deliver the highest levels of access, safety, and support for patients.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, organise, conduct, and evaluate educational programs for identified stakeholders including BioMeds, Nurses, Surgeons and Registrars.
  • Deliver regular in-services and presentations to customers regarding the products and therapies.
  • Provide technical backup during clinical or surgical procedures as required.
  • Organise and facilitate comprehensive clinical evaluations in conjunction with the Territory Managers for the targeted product groups.
  • Assist with tenders and clinical / technical presentations to customers as required.
  • Support Product Managers and Business Development Managers with developing workshops and delivering technical product and therapy education to employees and customers, including new hire training and support and recertification.

Must Have – Minimum Requirements
  • A Qualified Registered Nurse or Biomedical Engineer with proven experience in a Clinical Theatre Nursing or Anesthetic Technician role
  • Experience delivering technical and clinical education to adults coupled with a passion for sharing knowledge and educating others
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications with ability to quickly establish credibility with sales force, marketing, and customers
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and matrixed organizations
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to cope well under pressure and manage changing priorities
  • Self-motivated and positive

Nice to Have
  • Medical Devices industry experience
