An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Dentist to join our modern practice, and guide our professional and supportive team on a full time basis.

Bupa Dental Chirnside Park is an established practice supported by Dental Corporation, part of Bupa. Our practice is looking for an experienced and highly motivated dental practitioner to make a difference to our patients’ experience as we aim to provide more than just a visit to the dentist.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years' clinical experience at an Australian practice and able to competently provide treatments in all aspects of general dentistry with root canal treatment, crowns, bridges and surgical extractions being advantageous. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to confidently build relationships with patients.

  • Liaise with and develop a working relationship with the dental team
  • Efficient delivery of high-quality treatment and a commitment to excellence
  • Willingness to exceed patient's expectations and develop relationships and develop clinical skills and provide high end dentistry
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records

What you'll bring:

  • Qualified Dentist with extensive local clinical experience, (Min 3 years)
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm and friendly approach to treatment
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast paced, team environment including hygiene
  • A caring and empathetic personality, ability to calm anxious and nervous patients
  • Excellent comprehensive diagnosis
  • Interdisciplinary treatment planning skills and presentation of alternate treatment options
  • Excellent time management skills and professional eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full registration with AHPRA
  • Prime Practice training is desirable
