In this vital role you will be the line manager and key scientific and clinical resource for Oncology and you will develop strategies to shape the MSL value proposition and set an example for others by consistently demonstrating Amgen values and leadership attributes. You will:

Educate and communicate clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to payers, providers, key stakeholders, advocacy, and access enablers

Support Amgen sponsored research and may serve as a study lead

Lead, counsel, and/or participate on project teams that support MSL strategies and tactics as delegated by MSL leadership.

Lead and support congress activities aligned with strategy

Identify opportunities, provide guidance, and assist other MSL team members in achieving results

Maintain superior clinical acumen and expertise by timely completion of all training

We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The hardworking professional we seek is a passionate, ambitious and curious person with these qualifications/experience:

Doctoral Degree or Master’s degree in Sciences

TA expertise ideally in Lung, Prostate or Gastric Cancer

Seven years of industry experience in Scientific/Medical Affairs at a biotech or pharmaceutical company

At least three years in a medical science liaison role

Seven or more years focused on clinical practice, clinical research, or medical research. Experience in a medically-related field can include post-doctoral training (i.e., residencies and/or fellowships)
