We have an exciting opportunity for a Participant Success Officer to join our growing team!

Key responsibilities:

  • Support participants and assist with current clinical operations
  • Implement new initiatives to improve the overall participant experience
  • Organise fun weekly activities for participants in the clinic
  • Monitor and analyse participant engagement, keeping our CRM systems updated
  • Report to our Research Coordinators, Medical Officers and Recruitment department to provide insights and recommendations for future improvement
  • Respond to queries, organise bookings and participant screenings
  • Meet set targets and KPI’s


  • Medical research/clinical operations experience would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferable
  • Must have excellent time management skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to identify gaps and implement processes
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a team
  • Competent using Salesforce platform is desirable
  • Maintain a professional level of confidentiality
