Monash Health is the largest public health service in Victoria, employing over 19,000 people across a range of specialities and across over 40 sites in south east Melbourne. We have established several COVID-19 Vaccination clinics in our catchment area and we are now seeking to appoint to a number of Associate Nurse Manager (ANM) roles. These are fixed term part-time positions working 36 hours per week across Monday - Sunday.

About the Role

If appointed to this clinical leadership role, you will work closely with the Nurse Manager and Director Monash Health Vaccination to ensure the provision of safe and effective care. You will also assist with the efficient management of the Vaccination Clinics.

About You

You have been developing your management and leadership skills and are now ready to step into a leadership role. Alternatively, you may be an accomplished Associate Nurse Manager who is looking to make a tangible contribution to Victoria's COVID-19 response. You lead by example, you enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and you are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of evidence based nursing care to all patients.

You are also:

  • enthusiastic, compassionate and able to work collaboratively
  • excited to be accountable for and manage specific portfolios in our relentless pursuit of excellence
What you need:
  • Postgraduate Certificate – Nurse Immuniser (approved by the Department of Health)
  • Demonstrated experience at ANM level (highly regarded)
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated Immunisation experience
  • Australian working rights
