Feel valued where you work

As the Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be leading the clinical case management skills and customer focus in specialised assessments to a range of clients under Work Care. Based in Launceston you will be liaising with medical and health professionals to supply rehab services to injured employees.

You will be working across a diverse caseload assessing skills and capabilities, needs and strengths of individuals. You will provide a tailored support to clients, ensuring that their individual goals are achieved. You will have a background in allied health, namely occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation. AHPRA Registration or a membership with ASORC will be essential.


  • Qualifications and registration as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist
  • AHPRA Registration essential
  • Demonstrated experience in working with a range of people in unemployment
  • Previous experience in working with solution-focused therapy and skills
  • Commitment to quality and exceptional report writing skills
  • Clinical leadership abilities and proven experience in exercising sound judgement
  • Friendly, approachable, collaborative and professional manner
  • Strong work ethic
  • Current Drivers Licence and WWCC or ability to obtain
