We are looking for a motivated, caring and experienced Enrolled Nurse, to join our Clinical Care Team. In this role you will contribute to customer excellence by providing quality assessments, monitoring client's clinical needs and direct and indirect care where appropriate.

Working as part of a supportive team of Allied Health Professionals, you will foster positive working relationships and ensure our valued clients physical health is maintained to the highest possible level.

About the role:

This permanent part-time position is available for an Enrolled Nurse, who has excellent clinical assessment skills, to contribute to the care of clients, in collaboration with a Care Advisor, our capable team of Care Workers and Allied Health team within the community.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will have access to our clinical support team who have a strong knowledge and understanding of aged care.

This role would ideally suit a flexible and adaptable EN, committed to ensuring quality clinical care is delivered to older people living in their own homes in Sydney.

Key responsibilities (not limited to):

*Ensures the clients' physical health and comfort is maintained by providing best practice assessments and direct or indirect care if appropriate.
*Ensures that communication with staff is collaborative and fostered to ensure duties are performed accurately and holistically
*Communicates effectively with families and ensures they are fully informed about issues relating to their relative
*Contributes to the effective functioning of the team by sharing knowledge and skills

Skills, knowledge and experience needed:

*Current nursing registration with AHPRA - Enrolled Nurse Division 2
*Previous experience as a Community EN in Aged Care preferable
*A 'hands on' approach to ensuring quality clinical care
*Excellent written & verbal communication and administration skills
*Computer skills to work with our online documentation system
*Current clinical experience and competence in managing clinical care
*Good interpersonal skills, with a passion for caring for others
*Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured car
*Strong initiative and effective time management in proactive care mentorship
*A commitment to the Christian values of Anglicare.
