JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role:

  • Completing high-quality NDIS assessments and intervention services (including speech, language, dysphagia, AAC, aphasia, and fluency).
  • Working with individuals aged 7 years to adult in a person-centred approach to build capacity and achieve NDIS goals.
  • Providing services across different environments including homes, schools, community programs, workplaces and/or ORS offices.
  • Managing a busy caseload including maintaining documentation and communication to the team.
  • Entering all information, notes, time spent and documents are entered daily into ORS’ online case management database.

  • A Speech Pathology degree and SPA membership (or the ability to obtain it)
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
  • Clinical experience (Desirable)
