About the role

South West Healthcare's (SWH) Access and Information team provides a friendly and welcoming face to clients attending our busy Warrnambool Community Health Centre, resulting in people accessing the services they need.

We are seeking a motivated Access and Intake Worker to join our team in an ongoing part time capacity. This role will work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team ensuring a customer focussed approach to a range of administrative tasks, ensuring all client needs are met and that all relevant client data is collected and recorded. This includes managing all processes associated with reception and processing of referrals and scheduling appointments.

What you bring

As an Access and Intake Worker working in a multidisciplinary team you will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and experience in reception and administrative duties with well- developed organisational and time management skills. You will have high levels of computer literacy with demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new Information technology systems.

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020, with the appropriate classification Admin Grade 1A.
