Let’s talk about starting the career you really want!

We’re looking for a Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) and Mental Health Social Worker (AASW) to join the team to:

  • Work with children and families who present with challenging behaviours.
  • Undertake assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
  • Create and deliver groups or programs.
  • Liaise and build partnerships with GP’s.
  • Support the Managing Director on major projects.

Essential skills

The successful applicant will be eligible for registration with AHPRA or as an AMHSW, and who has:

  • Sound theoretical knowledge and assessment skills.
  • Ability to administer and interpret a range of psychometric tests.
  • Proven experience in working with children and families.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with team members, clients and stakeholders.
  • Innovative, flexible and strategic thinking, and work practices.
  • IT literacy and proven competency to learn new software systems.
  • Medicare provider eligibility.
  • Experience in family therapy, research and delivering groups would be an advantage.
