To participate in safety and quality activities, including best practice initiatives and clinical audit of the Department of Rheumatology, Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH).

About The Role

  • Play an active part in undergraduate and postgraduate training in clinical rheumatology.
  • Participate in the continuing operation of quality assurance activities.
  • Participate in research projects, in cooperation and collaboration with staff from any discipline at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, related hospitals or other institutions.
  • Comply with procedures, policies, regulations and standards which impact upon the position.
  • Foster the promotion of standards of excellence in the provision of clinical and public health services.
  • Undertake teaching and educational initiatives and responsibilities within the specialty area.
  • Provide expert consultancy / advisory services as required to both internal and external agencies that are relevant to the health industry.
