Permanent Part Time
(64 hrs per fortnight)
We are seeking an enthusatic Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our professional team to provide person centred care at the Dimboola Campus. This permanent part time position is available from April 2021 and involves working a 7 day 24 hour rotating roster including day, afternoon and night shifts. The successful applicant will perform a range of resident care related activities under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Nurse will perform in accordance with educational preparation and level of competence, to achieve and maintain the standard of care in line with the policies and objectives of WHCG.
Key Selection Criteria include:
Essential:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organisational, computer and time management skills
- Commitment to customer service and resident centred care
- Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of residents
Desirable:
- Minimum of 2 years post-basic experience in residential care
