Who we are:

Lifespan Health is a Sunshine Coast based private mental health practice. We support individuals and families across all age groups. We offer therapy and assessment services for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Our dedicated team are passionate about building a quality practice in every aspect of the business. We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Maroochydore and Gympie. The person would generally work in Maroochydore but be willing to work in our Gympie office as needed. The role would initially be part time (2 days) but could increase to 4 days per week for the right person.

Job Criteria

Willing to work across Maroochydore and Gympie clinics

Available Monday to Friday

Experience in an administrative role

Good interpersonal skills

Excellent computer skills

Good understanding of the importance of confidentiality and privacy of clients in a mental health setting

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Desire to be proactive and to create a positive experience for others

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Eligible for a Blue Card
