Our client is a multi award winning Legal practice who have a clear vision for growth and proven success in the industry.

Due to expansion plans, they are now seeking a Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a newly created role where you can support a growing and energetic team and help achieve business goals.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Bookkeeping, including invoicing, receipting, reconciliations, BAS and trust accounting
  • Generating employment contracts, facilitating staff training and development, and generalist HR duties
  • Managing the team - providing assistance and guidance as required
  • Preparing agendas and coordinating staff meetings
  • Developing, writing and implementing new systems, polices and procedures
  • Maintaining the business website, managing marketing campaigns, and content creation for social media
Essentially you will have the following:
  • Previous experience in office management for a law or professional services firm
  • System savvy, with a sound IT knowledge, experience with Xero and Leap an advantage
  • Understanding and experience with lodging BAS and reporting
  • A polished presentation, with clear written and verbal communication
  • An organised and methodical approach to work
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, expanding organisation
