The objective of the position is to provide high quality Infectious Diseases and General Medicine specialist care through participation in: inpatients, outpatients and Hospital in the Home clinical services at Royal Darwin and Palmerston Hospital (RDPH).
An integral part of this role is the supervision and teaching of junior staff continuous quality improvement activities and active involvement in departmental professional development opportunities.
In addition this position will have a specific role in providing specialist Infectious Disease support to the Infection Prevention Unit at Royal Darwin and Palmerston Hospitals.
