Job Description:

Our Workplace Health and Safety team are looking for a Return to Work Specialist, responsible for providing effective and timely claims management services and strategies to achieve optimal return to work outcomes in line with best practice principles.

How will I help?

Key accountabilities include:

  • Manage workers compensation claims for all Business Units across Bupa Australia
  • Focus on the early intervention of the claim to reduce the likelihood of becoming long-term claims
  • Communicating, influencing and negotiating with key stakeholders
  • Develop collaborative and proactive claims management strategies in order to assist our employees in returning to optimal health
  • Assist leaders in developing and issuing Injury Management Plans

  • Accredited Return to Work Coordinator – multiple State/Territory experience desirable
