Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing To work collaboratively with members of the multidisciplinary health team in the planning, implementation, assessment and evaluation of care within the Renal unit.

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current enrolment including medication endorsement with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency. (Enrolled Nurse – Division 2)
 
Selection Criteria:

  1. Post endorsement experience within an acute facility and/or previous clinical experience within Renal nursing
  2. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to work effectively within a team
  3. Demonstrated effective communication skills - written and verbal
  4. Patient centred approach to care underpinned by evidence based practice
  5. Commitment to quality improvement opportunities and involvement in same
