What You Will Be Doing

This is a short term contract open to physiotherapists familiar with family-sensitive, child-centred physiotherapy interventions to address developmental delays in children from birth to school age. Your commitment to the social model of health will inform your approach and you will contribute to an enthusiastic, committed and inclusive multidisciplinary team.

Various time fractions are available with potential for contract extension.
We have a variety of flexible work arrangements to fit in with your lifestyle. The short term role is based in Frankston

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
  • Holder of a recognized qualification in Physiotherapy and maintain current registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience providing evidence-based therapy services to children and their families within the community sector including group work
  • Established skills and commitment to working in child-centred and family-focused practices including skills in working with vulnerable and disadvantaged families.
  • Commitment to operationalizing the core values/principles of the social model of health.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
