You will be;

• Overseeing the general operations of the Clinic including opening and closing as well as ensuring presentation of the clinic is neat and tidy
• Meeting & greeting and building client relationships
• Promoting and sales of services and products
• Covering reception when required
• Ensuring Clinic complies with company polices and procedures
• Working with the team to ensure overall smooth running of the clinic

• Experience in a clinic coordination role or reception admin in medical/dental practice or cosmetics
• Sales / retail experience advantage
• Warm friendly personality with excellent communication
• Microsoft Office and exp with Client Booking systems or CRM systems.
