JOB DESCRIPTION

This role requires someone who will be highly motivated and organised and able to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.


The Personal Assistant will support the day-to-day running and operations of both the Division of Division of Aged, Cancer and Continuing Care Services and the Division of Emergency, Medicine & Access working on a broad range of tasks under the direction of the Operations Manager Team. Tasks will include administrative duties, supporting daily operations, coordinating meetings and key events and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders.


Essential Criteria



  • Previous Personal Assistant experience

  • Proven ability to be proactive and take initiative in all circumstances

  • Advanced in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent time management and communication skills and strong attention to detail

  • High level organisational skills

  • Capacity to work as a team player

  • Strong sense of responsibility

  • Ability to digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Excellent understanding of medical terminology

  • Previous experience in a healthcare sector

  • A Business/office administration qualification
