About the role

The Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible for leading the COVID Vaccination clinics at Eastern Health and the clinical team to ensure the effective coordination and efficient management of the COVID vaccination clinics (hospital based), this role will ensure the delivery of COVID vaccine to staff and the community within Eastern Health. This is a position of clinical leadership and accountability that aligns with Eastern Health’s Clinical Governance and operational management structures. Two positions available based at Angliss and Maroondah Hospitals. This role will be both non clinical and clinical.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA


• Post Graduate qualifications in Nursing/Health Managetment or working towards


• Previous experience as Acting NUM desirable or ANUM


• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience


• A strong commitment to high quality care


• The ability to work as part of a diverse team


• Excellent communication and organisational skills
