About the opportunity: The Roster Coordinator provides strong and effective leadership and support to the Residence Manager, the business, and its employees on staff management – orientation, management of staff education and rostering. The successful applicant will possess the following:

About the opportunity: The Roster Coordinator provides strong and effective leadership and support to the Residence Manager, the business, and its employees on staff management – orientation, management of staff education and rostering. The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Well-developed communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage rostering and staff allocations.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with fellow staff to achieve beneficial outcomes.
- Pragmatic and logical in approach.
- Ability to understand financial management process (ordering, reconciliation, reporting).
- Proven ability to manage & successfully deliver projects on time and on budget
- Experience in managing rostering & staff allocations.
- Human Resource Management qualification
- Operational experience
