We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Adelaide to support our growing list of leading healthcare organisations in Australia, New Zealand and US. 

  • The role involves guiding nursing and admin staff within health services to quickly get the most out of the Personify Care platform in delivering care to their patients.
  • Easy to use pre-admission and post-discharge patient management solution to better prepare patients for their treatment / procedure and then manage their recovery after they leave.


  • Introduce nursing and admin staff within new customers to the platform. Help map existing protocols into a digital patient pathway. Provide induction, guidance and support to staff and patients.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare teams through regular phone, online and face to face contact. Efficiently respond to queries. Regularly collect and act on customer and user feedback.
  • Listen for and proactively seek out ways our solution can address real-world problems for end users. Work with our product team on new features that enhance the experience for healthcare teams and their patients.
  • Take ownership of the overall customer experience and regularly look for ways to improve our processes and provide an outstanding experience for our end user.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Experience in providing training and support to healthcare teams (remote and face to face).
  • An understanding of our end users (nursing, admin and hospital staff) and the organisations they work in.
  • Comfortable in customer-facing roles and in supporting technology solutions.
  • A positive, can-do mindset and a passion for building trusted relationships.
