About The Role
As a Quality Education Partner you will support clinical service improvement related activities within the resident journey, including supporting operations in adopting innovative models of care, clinical practices and work instructions as the subject matter expert. You will support the implementation of strategies and collateral for the agreed repeatable models of care and clinical service improvement and will support with responding to the clinical education requirements of the care homes, developing and rolling out clinical education programs and clinical and professional leadership development for nurses.
This opportunity will be supporting our Care Homes across regional NSW including the Central Coast, Griffith, Tumut, Eden, Berry. Travel will be required.
Duties
Manages the delivery of quality and clinical service improvement activities
Ensures the effective implementation of change management processes
Drive the evaluation of change management process effectiveness
Managing and monitoring clinical capability and practice development
Maintains internal and external relationships
Undertakes personal and professional development
Skills and Experience
Bachelor of Nursing or Equivalent is essential
Qualifications in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience
Current AHPRA is essential
Experience in developing change management strategies
Experience in developing models of care
Experience in implementing defined change processes
Experience in developing policy, procedures and work instructions
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Project Management skills
Experience in data management and analysis
Experience in developing and delivering education strategies supporting change processes
Highly effective communication and problem solving skills
