We are currently working on an outstanding Aged Care Manager opportunity with a values-driven not-for-profit aged care provider at their small home located in Central West NSW.

About the role:
Reporting to an experienced Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of a small aged care facility overseeing all staff within the home. As the Manager of the site you will:

• Lead and motivate staff to deliver high quality, individualised care to our residents
• Responsible for oversight of all aspects of clinical care provision, direction and performance
• Ensure the efficient operational and financial management of the home

About you:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven leadership skills & experience
• Valid Police Check
• Accreditation and auditing experience
• Demonstrated experience in developing and monitoring budgets
• Highly developed team leadership skills
