Position Summary

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic junior Pharmacist to join the team at Northern Health.

The role:

This role requires an individual with a good knowledge of hospital clinical pharmacy processes and eagerness to advance their knowledge in quality improvement, research and specialty pharmacy practice. In the first instance this role is a full-time, permanent position at 80 hours per fortnight.

About you:

· Experience and good working knowledge of hospital clinical pharmacy services

· Proven ability to work in a team environment

· Experience with electronic hospital pharmacy dispensing programs

Selection Criteria Essential: Completion of Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification
Essential: Practicing Pharmacist registered with AHPRA
Essential: Current National Police Check
Essential: Current Working with Children History Check
Essential: Clinical experience as an intern pharmacist or pharmacist, preferably in a hospital environment
