An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to join our Health Independence Program (HIP), Communiry Rehabilitation Service (CRS).

The Grade 2 Occupational Therapist will work as a member of the HIP Community Rehabilitation Services Team; an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals providing therapyto clients receiving home based andcentre based services.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate/Key responsibilities will include:

-Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or an equivalent qualification from a WFOT approved school.

-Current National Registrationas an Occupational Therapistwith the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency(AHPRA).

-Evidence of a current Victorian Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive for work related activities.

-A minimum of 3 years of experience in Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention, predominantly inthe area of rehabilitation,eg.Neurological, Musculoskeletal and Aged Care Rehabilitation.
