Meracare Aged Care has a new facility in Wangaratta and are looking for full-time registered nurses to join the team. We work with our residents to provide a person-centred care approach and current best practice strategies to enhance the lives of all the residents.

The successful candidates are required to:

· Use your great clinical skills to provide high quality standards of care

· Work as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation for resident care 

· Prioritise tasks effectively

You must:

· Hold registration with Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA) 

Be a Division 1 Registered Nurse

· Passion for making a difference in the lives of aged individuals

· Reliable and flexible with work hours

· Provide high quality care

· Experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care with at least 2 years of experience

· Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards

The salary is between $70000 and $90000 a year.
