About the Job:

As a part-time Navy Psychologist, you will utilise your existing qualifications to provide a range of psychology services in a multidisciplinary environment, and liaise with Navy and ADF Commanders about the services they provide.

In this rewarding role you will provide mental health services and psychological support to Navy personnel both ashore and in a maritime environment. You’ll work in a tight-knit team to conduct Critical Incident Mental Health Support responses. You’ll also be responsible for the delivery of mental health services and mental health screening for ADF personnel returning from operational deployments.

As part of the Navy Reserve Psychology Branch, you’ll provide surge capability for operational mental health services, support the delivery of organisational psychology services and conduct specific research projects to evaluate mental health promotion programs.
