This role is for a Medical Receptionist / Typist for a local women’s health clinic.

This organisation is a specialist woman’s health clinic that offers comfortable environments for their patients. They are a well-established organisation with a great reputation with their patients, doctors and practitioners.
Your new role
In this role your daily tasks will include;
- Customer service both face to face and over the phone.
- Provide administrative support to practitioners
- Entering patients’ detail and scheduling appointments
- Managing appointments to maximise efficiency
- Updating and maintaining patient records
- Processing patient billing and receipting
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Ability to work with others and autonomously.
- Medical administration background is essential
- Works well under pressure in busy environments
- Demonstrate strong time management skills
- Ability to develop relationships with patients, doctors and staff.
- Confidently communicate verbally and in writing
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites
