The Position

St John of God Health Care is seeking a Change Manager to join the Digital and Technology team. As a Change Manager, you are responsible for defining and implementing change projects and programs to support the organisation in understanding, adapting to and fully embedding change. With a large number of exciting projects in the pipeline, this role will be instrumental in supporting our caregivers across both hospitals and enterprise to adopt new ways of working. You will work closely with the Project Manager, technical team and business users to deliver both small and large-scale change; and become a member of our St John of God Health Care Change Management network.

This role will be offered on a permanent full time basis, working 76 hours per fortnight.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
  • Tertiary qualifications within the Change Management discipline or a related certification (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ change management experience.
  • Certification in a recognised change management methodology (e.g. Prosci)
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering change through projects across distributed environments.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, models, tools, techniques and methodologies.
  • High-level interpersonal skills demonstrating expertise in liaising, consulting and facilitating across all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills.
