The Position
St John of God Frankston Hospital is a private hospital providing specialist inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation care consisting of neurological, orthopedics, cardiac and reconditioning programs.
We have an exciting opportunity available for a skilled and motivated allied health professional to lead our team as the Allied Health Manager.
As Allied Health Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the allied health team/s and services for the hospital. This position will have both leadership/management responsibilities and may carry a clinical caseload.
This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis, working 76 hours a fortnight.
The successful candidate will have:
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline and registration or membership with the relevant Board or Association as required.
- Significant contemporary experience in a senior Allied Health clinical position.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to provide leadership in a complex, professional work environment and influence the achievement of required outcomes in areas of professional responsibility.
- Ability to facilitate and manage change.
- Proven ability to implement new initiatives, actively market and promote the allied health services provided by the hospital.
