About the facility 


MHDAS provides integrated and recovery orientated mental health, drugs and alcohol assessment, treatment and community support to people of all ages within the Barwon region. We support people who are experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, mental health and/or drug and alcohol issues, and their families.


Our service is internationally recognised for its innovative clinical programs and integrated models of practice that are consumer-centred, accessible and family-inclusive. We are fortunate to enjoy excellent internal relationships and have developed excellent partnerships with the local community that provide for seamless integrated care for our consumers and their families.


About the role


As a Senior Clinician in the MHDAS Therapy Program, you will:


Provide specialist assessment and therapy to MHDAS consumers in line with consumers’ individual care and treatment plans, particularly treatment of personality disorders and trauma.


Provide clinical leadership and service quality improvement


Work with an interprofessional team to increase psychological therapies for Mental Health consumers with complex needs


Provide discipline specific professional supervision for clinicians and students
