Occupational Therapist | Brisbane

Redstone Recruitment is searching for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with all ages from paediatrics through to older adults to join one of Australia's leading Not for Profit allied health providers.

About the role:

This role is predominantly NDIS focused and involves providing NDIS & Disability assessments, intervention and therapies in a community/ home setting for paediatric, adolescent and adult clients.

• Work as part of a Multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and various other allied health professionals
• Providing education and recommendations to clients and carers
• Providing Functional Assessments
• Working with ages between 3 years to 65 years with a range of disability programs funded by the NDIS, state education departments and other government programs
• Mixed clinical caseload including ADHD, Down Syndrome, Autism, Brain injury, MS and various other areas
• Providing therapy to clients in their home environment or local community
• Simple and complex home modifications
• Provide evidence-based practice frameworks to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate clinical support

• A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check
• Current driver’s license
• Previous experience working within the NDIS favourable

• $73,000 - $107,000 (inc super) + Not for Profit Salary Packaging based on exp
• A mix of clinic and community visits covering ages from 3 yrs to 65 yrs
• Flexible work week / WFH / Telehealth / Lower billable hours
