We are a growing national organisation, excited to be opening a new clinic & excited to be recruiting for an Allied Health Manager.


About the opportunity

We are a national therapy organisation and extremely excited to be expanding our services with the opening of a brand new clinic. We are 100% dedicated to helping children reach their full potential whilst supporting their families to enable them to see their child’s potential – anything is possible.

We work within the Early Childhood Early Intervention approach providing specialised support and services for infants and young children with disability and/or developmental delay, and their families in order to promote development, well-being and community participation.

We want a natural leader who is innovative and empowering to recruit, support and develop your multidisciplinary Allied Health Team. Our vision is to provide innovative, flexible and high quality support for our clients following the model endorsed by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).

As you will have management and operational supervision of clinicians, we want you to have high-level clinical knowledge and skills so you can ensure delivery of high level culturally safe services to your clients.

As the Allied Health Manager, you have:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Extensive clinical experience as an Allied health professional with an understanding and knowledge of contemporary practice
  • The ability to provide high-level clinical and operational advice to a broad range of key stakeholders on professional standards and service development.
  • Your ability to influence team members ensures you can drive and implement positive change
  • Current registration with AHPRA/Professional Regulatory Body
