The Central Allocations Unit currently has opportunities for Registered Nurses, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists to join our team.

The Mental Health casual bank offers the opportunity to work across:
• Residential Services
• Acute Services

• Community Mental Health Services

As a member of our casual bank, you will be utilising contemporary evidence-based treatments to develop discipline specific skills in a best practice client centred, family inclusive environment.

The casual bank is managed by the Central Allocations Unit which operates 7 days a week. Ballarat Health Services uses an electronic rostering system (RosterOn) which matches staff for shifts based on their availabilities, employee skills / qualifications and preference of location. Shifts are offered by text / phone call based on availabilities entered into RosterOn.

Applicants must hold current registration with AHPRA and where applicable be eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.

Applicants must hold (or be willing to obtain) an Employee Working with Children Check.
