Little Window - Counselling, Psychology and Wellness - Brisbane Grove, NSW

Health, Medical & Pharmaceutical
Source: uWorkin

Please see www.littlewindow.com.au for more information about our practice.

Little Window is currently recruiting for a suitable qualified (fully registered) Psychologist, Mental Health Social Worker, Mental Health OT, Counsellor or Music Therapist to join our unique private practice as a contractor.

**We are looking for individuals who can see clients a minimum of 3 days per week, including one evening shift (finish at 7pm) and one Saturday shift per week.**

The successful candidate will ideally start the position in March 2021.

Little Window is a unique private practice based in Greenslopes (Stones Corner). We provide individual counselling for adults, couples, adolescents, children and families. Our client base is diverse and as we are a well established practice with an extensive waiting list, your case load will build quickly. We have a high attendance rate and cancellation fees are charged to the client if less than 24 hours notice is provided for non-attendance. Rescheduled appointments are also almost always filled.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we are still offering both face-to-face and Telehealth appointments (Telehealth sessions can be conducted at home or in our practice).

Practitioners typically see 5-6 clients per day with breaks booked between sessions for the therapist's self-care, including a lunch/dinner break.

The team culture and environment at Little Window has been set up to operate in a way that is different to many private practices, whereby you will receive plenty of opportunities for connection and team support, rather than work in isolation, and quality over quantity of client sessions is prioritised. We provide an enriched and soothing counselling environment for both the client and therapist.

At Little Window we highly value who the therapist is as a person (Use of Self, how they build relationships with clients, and authenticity).
