Randstad is proud to be partnering with a reputable organisation operating in the healthcare sector who is seeking two experienced Patient Accounts Officers to join their busy team.

About The Role

Working as part of a team the Patient Account Officers will provide administrative support to the revenue and accounts teams while being the first point of contact for clients. In addition, your duties will include:

• Assisting with fee schedules, invoice production and adjustments and clinic code allocations
• Delivering exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with patient billing
  
  

About You

You are a self starter with the ability to deal with difficult and sensitive issues. You work well as part of a team while also being able to work autonomously. In addition you have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with patient billing and private health fund processes
• A high level of attention to detail
