Position Profile: This position provides a consultancy and advisory service to a broad range of clients within the North Metropolitan health portfolio. This is an exciting role that will provide exceptional customer service and support our senior leaders and staff in a range of workforce matters ranging from high risk and complex employee relations to significant organisational change processes. The occupant of this role is values driven and dynamic and provides leadership and support to other staff within NMHS Human Resources and develops and implements policies and strategies to support NMHS objectives.

This is a Fixed Term six month opportunity available for immediate filling, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
