We are looking for someont to join our team in this role with a desire and focus to be part of the CFC family delivering outstanding service and the best outcomes for colleagues, clinicians, patients and the company including the CHA IVF Global network
The role:
The purpose of this role is to learn and maintain competencies to support the day to day running productivity and efficiencies of the laboratory safely and efficiently. Responsible for lab requirements, including but not limited to, andrology and patient liaison during treatment. The role requires ongoing training and updating of competency in laboratory practices. This position may include weekend and public holiday coverage based on an on-call roster system.

Desired Skills and Experience
The Candidate will possess the following:
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor of Biomedical Science
- Higher qualification desirable
- Driver's Licence (if required for the role)
- capacity to work in Australia
Experience
- in laboratory environment (advantageous)
- in Human IVF industry (advantageous)
- Knowledge & Competencies
- basic to intermediate level of understanding of IVF terminology
- intermediate Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
- Basic understanding of embryology (advantageous)
- Basic IVF terminology (advantageous)
- Basic understanding of health industry terminology (advantageous)
- Understanding of Laboratory environment and mandatory Workplace Health & Safety
- Patient focused - with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to eventually engage with patients and clinicians
- Compassionate, Supportive and Empathetic
