Salary: $ 97,871.34 - $101,049.02

Department Name: Nelune at The Kinghorn Cancer Centre (TKCC), St. Vincent's Hospital.

Position Summary:
The Nelune Centre is looking for a highly motivated, highly skilled, and flexible Registered Nurse to join our team of committed staff, in the role of Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE). The CNE role at the Nelune Centre in the TKCC, covers our outpatient cancer services at St. Vincent's Hospital. The CNE will educate and support both new and existing staff in providing both practical and theoretical education, as well provide leadership in safe clinical practice and person-centred care.

The successful applicant will be expected to facilitate learning which meets the educational needs of nursing staff, as well as assisting with the development of policies and procedures and implementation of a comprehensive orientation program for the unit. There is also an opportunity to lead and coordinate exciting projects within the department. Experience in cancer care would be an advantage for applicants. Experience with Venepuncture, cannulation and (at least) Level 1 cytotoxic accreditation is essential.
