ABOUT THE ROLE AND CLIENT
Our client is a NSW State Government agency. They are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Project Coordinator for an opportunity to support 2 Shared Services Managers. You will be involved in various Administrative and Project based tasks servicing the Delivery team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent internal and external stakeholder liaison
- Assist and maintain the Quality Management Systems
- Preparing with various required reports for both the Quality and Compliance teams
- Provide assistance and support to the yearly audit program
- Ensure stakeholders are using standardised documentation to expedite processes
- ADHOC Administration duties where requested
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a complex and agile environment
- Intermediate skills on excel will be favourable
- Excellent time management – you will have competing deadlines
- Understanding of government, compliance, and governance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
